Join us every Monday 7.30-8.30pm at Copmanthorpe Methodist Hall for a rejuvenating yoga Slow Flow.

This yoga practice is a relaxing flow to start your Monday evening. We’ll connect the breath and the body as we move through a centring and energising practice that will get you stretchy, strong and relaxed for the week ahead.

We flow through a variety of asana (postures) moving to warm up the body, build strength and increase flexibility. Our flow will focus on centring the mind and body, and include a meditation to leave you feeling strong, refreshed and relaxed to start your week. All levels welcome.

Yoga is best when done every week! Book into a 4-week block to make the most of your practice and to access discounted classes. All Prices and Booking information are available below.

Prices and Booking

Class costs range depending how many classes you are able to commit to. You are welcome to drop-in to a class for £8.50, or reduce your class cost to £7.50 when committing to a 6 or 10 week class pass. Booking as a 4-week block is your best bet and brings your class down to £7.25!
