You’ll find me at yoga studios and gyms across North Yorkshire as well as taking community class in local spaces.

Contact me to book into my community classes ‘Slow Flow Yoga’ and ‘Vinyasa Yoga + Social’, for all other classes you can book directly through the venue online.

Class types

In our group classes, we practice a form of yoga called Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa yoga is a smooth and energetic practice that connects each movement to the breath. We flow through a variety of asana (postures) moving dynamically through some to build heat in the body and lingering for a few breaths in others to build strength and flexibility. These classes range from gentle to strong and there’s something for everyone on the timetable

Each session I deliver a sequence designed to challenge and center students of all levels and every class is beginner friendly. Class always finishes with a meditation to relax the body and the mind and you’ll leave feeling empowered and refreshed!

Beginners Yoga

Specially created for beginners we’ll take our time as we move through new postures and connect with our breath. Perfect to start your yoga practice – you’ll feel welcome and empowered to join other all-level yoga classes!

Fitness Yoga

A face-paced class focused on building core strength, increasing flexibility and toning the body. Expect to get your body moving, who knows we might even get a little sweaty. 

Gentle Yoga

Perfect for achy muscles and anyone in need of a stretch and some me-time, this gentle yoga class focuses on juicy stretches as well as grounded flows. We’ll complete a 45 minute practice then enjoy 15 minutes of music-centred relaxation.

Slow Flow Yoga

A lovely relaxing flow to start your Monday evening. We’ll connect the breath and the body as we move through a centring and energising flow to get you stretchy, strong and relaxed for the week ahead. 

Vinyasa Yoga

A energising, flowing style that will get you moving and connected to your breath and your body. We’ll focus on core strength, finding balance in the body, increasing flexibility and have a blast while we do it. Expect a fun, welcoming class suitable for all levels. Our Warm Vinyasa Class shares the same structure and is practiced in a heated room between 28 – 30 degrees celius.
